1. Real food is always better: try getting it from real food first
2. Don’t buy cheap
3. Don’t buy on a whim – instead, do your research on independent sites that do not sell supplements
4. Make sure what you do take is absorbed properly, some supplements need certain conditions to be absorbed and utilized by the body and some types of supplements are not well absorbed at all. If it’s not being absorbed you are wasting your money!
